Weekly Continuum Class with Nobu and Olivia

Please join Nobu Maekawa of Tokyo, Japan and Olivia Gagnon for a weekly virtual class designed for:

• connection with one another,

• engagement with our moving waters, and

• innovation of our movements, within, and in our new circumstances as a global community.

Classes are taught in English, with Japanese translation available.

Thursdays, 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm
Eastern Time / New York

(Fridays, 8:30 am - 9:45 am,
Japan Standard Time / Tokyo)

Location:  Online via Zoom
(no recordings; just live, in the moment classes)
